Description

If you’re designing it:

  1. A header image that is 650px wide, the height is flexible.
  2. All images must be 72 – 300dpi and high-resolution. If you’d like to include a video, please provide the YouTube link.
  3. Preferred copy in a Word/Google Document, with the following: Subject line, Top graphic, Headline, Text (10-50 words), Middle graphic, Conclusion text (5-15 words), Call to action and URL

If we’re designing it:

  1. Relevant product/service images (on a white background is preferred).
  2. Three benefits of your product/service
  3. Desired call-to-action
  4. Any preferred content – Subject line, Top graphic, Headline, Text (10-50 words), Middle graphic, Conclusion text (5-15 words), Call to action
  5. Desired URL

E-Blasts are outbound email communications, that are sent to our audiences that put your brand in the spotlight, with a direct focus on your product, service or other relevant news items featuring a strong promotional offer.

  • Images must be a minimum 650px wide and 335px high at 72 to 300 dpi or greater.
  • Clients are welcome to provide ad copy, preferred headlines, subject lines and links.
  • Ad copy should be short and punchy, addressing a problem and highlighting the solution, bonus points if our audience learns something!
  • Also, we encourage you to create an additional, more enticing/time-sensitive response to your offer to be sent to those who previously showed interest in your message as your Automated Response E-Blast.
